From the M1, exit at Junction 44 toward A64/York. Merge onto the A64 and continue forward. At roundabout, take the first exit onto A1237 towards Harrogate/A59/Thirsk/A19 York/A1036. At next roundabout immediately after, continue forward by taking the first exit leading onto Malton Road/A1036. The hotel will be visible almost immediately after on the left hand side next to the Toby Carvery – access to the guest car park on the second left.
From York city centre, the hotel is a 15 -30 minute journey by car depending on traffic and time of day. The journey costs around £6-£8 by taxi. To travel between the city centre and the hotel via bus, guests can take the Coastliner Bus Service, routes 840, 843, 844 or 845 which takes around 15 minutes.
Journey into York city centre by using the Park and Ride, located 5 minutes from the hotel at Monks Cross Shopping Park. Buses are every 10minutes and run throughout the day. Parking is free and takes the stress out of driving in the city centre. The Park and Ride route is the number 9 bus on the Silver line.
If travelling to York by train, the nearest and most central is York Train Station. It is located in the city centre and a taxi to the hotel would cost around £7.
